Spiced Orange Gin Sidecar.
This is our take on a classic and uses our VIE Spiced Blood Orange Gin to great effect.
The history of the Sidecar cocktail is thought to date back to the 1920s, making it as glamorous as it is delicious.
The proportions used in this cocktail vary from recipe to recipe but it’s an easy cocktail to adapt to your taste. Traditionally it has a slightly sour taste and is often served in a glass with a sugared rim but you can add a hint of sugar syrup as an alternative sweetener.

Ingredients
25ml Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
15ml Brandy
12ml Sugar Syrup/Gomme
Preparation
Add ice and ingredients to your cocktail shaker.
Shake well until ice cold, strain into a chilled glass and serve.
