We are always creating fabulous, fresh concoctions for you to try out using our artisan, Yorkshire gin. Why not try a delicious and refreshing apple and elderflower cocktail- Owl always love you! We have paired this taste sensation with our fruity North Yorkshire Gin, as much as it may seem crazy, you don’t actually have to live in the North of Yorkshire to enjoy this clever little cocktail!
Hooting Owl’s North Yorkshire Gin takes inspiration from the stunning Yorkshire Moors.
Within this carefully crafted bottle sits harvested soft, juicy bilberries combined with heather from the Moorlands. Our lovingly prepared mix of botanicals, and exacting way in which we distil our gins makes this the perfect drink on a summer's evening. Without further ado, let’s show you summer’s trending gin cocktail- Owl Always Love You!
This recipe serves 8.
Ingredients
250ml North Yorkshire Gin
200ml elderflower cordial
1 litre cloudy apple juice
Apple slices & plenty of ice
Preparation
Always begin with heavily iced glasses.
Mix our North Yorkshire Gin with the cordial.
When ready to serve, divide the mixture between 8 glasses, top up with apple juice.
Garnish with a thinly peeled apple piece and a sprig of mint.
