Bespoke Gin
Gin is about individual taste, with over 300 gins currently available on the UK market, it can still be tricky to find one that’s the exact flavour you are looking for.
Here at The Hooting Owl Distillery we can develop a bespoke gin recipe for clients.
Your gin will be unique to you and white label gin is available with your own name and branding, if required.
As a partnership, we will work closely with you to develop a specific gin recipe that you will be able to distribute to suit your requirements, in your shop, restaurant or hotel, for example, with the recipe and method of production remaining the property of The Hooting Owl Distillery.
We offer this service for wholesale and retail clients and, subject to costs and minimum batch quantities, individual clients. Our bespoke gin offer allows you to design a gin unique to your individual specifications, using botanicals that grow locally, or to compliment a specific dish, event or season, for example.
Gin School
At our gin school we can take you through the process to demonstrate how we produce your very own gin using your preferred botanical flavours. Whether you want to infuse your favourite fruit or a combination of herbs and spices, we will develop a gin that perfectly fits the bill.
Your recipe and method will be stored away in our safe and can be ordered by the case, we will not make your gin recipe available to anyone else. At Hooting Owl, we are a small batch artisan distillery producing a superior product to larger commercial distilleries, our largest batch being 150 bottles, but we are able to run batches as small as six bottles.
