The rum today is a bold, spicy dark rum that’s exactly what you need as a base for rum cocktails or mixed drinks. Tipsy Toad take Hawthorn berries, sarsaparilla and tonka bean, with a blend of rums from Guyana and Jamaica, which are now blended in the UK. |

The Major had developed his London Dry, but after enjoying afternoon tea with friends in Bakewell, an inspiration for a cherry Bakewell flavoured gin came to life.
